I bought this for my granddaughter’s birthday. It arrived in a box with zero packing materials - everything was just tossed in and taped shut. Everything is plastic, so nothing was broken. There is a half sheet of paper with assembly instructions, however there is no text, just small black and white photos of each step. I got it figured out after a few missteps. WARNING: Make sure you either lay this down or prop it against a wall while assembling. There is no back to the bottom part, so it’s top heavy. It fell over twice while I was working on it, broke apart, and I had to snap stuff in place again. Also, the labeled food photos are misspelled in two of the four photos. The toy food is limited, so we bought an extra play-food kit to supplement it. The kitchen will need to be up against a wall to be played with, or it will fall over. Some cute concepts - one burner makes a boiling water sound, the other makes a sizzling sound. Tipped over easily once assembled. Do not recommend. It is a waste of money.The product is poor quality, flimsy and missing some of the toys (groceries). Not worth the price at all.
