For $200 I prefer this sent already put together. It was not easy to put together. It took us about 2 hours. Ugh. Some of the paint already chipped while putting this together. This is made from pressed wood. Door is very thin and hinges are held together by 4 small screws on both sides. I wonder how many times i can open and shut the door before it falls off. Lots of storage. I didn't install the paper towel rack bc I didn't need it.This island is very nice and spacious! It’s seemingly very sturdy and looks more expensive than it is. The kicker is that it took 10 hours total to put together. The instructions are good, but it’s extremely tedious work.This unit was very well constructed and much better at fit and function. I would have give five stars but the instruction sheet lacked a little. Otherwise I would recommend it highlyWe have a small kitchen and this fits great. It added more storage space and utility with countertop space. Highly encourage using shelf protectors to protect it even further, even though it is good quality.This is a follow up review. Got this for wife, and she loves it. The maker of this cabinet managed to fit a reasonableAmount of quality and decent appearance into a cabinet with basic materials for a low price. To anyone who saysthey can make one of these out of wood (at market wood prices) LOL. But do baby it a little and it will be fine.One of the surprises is the simulated wood textured surface of the panels. It gives it an aesthetic appearance.Also the seller feedback when needed, though not really fast was decent and appreciated.Very nic Kitchen IslandTool included wore down quickly and then wouldn’t work Good thing i had one left from another put together or i wouldn’t have been able to finish putting this together … otherwise i do love this piece .
