I am so excited to have the scissors in my kitchen. My husband actually bought these for me after I was complaining (slightly) about how we didn't have any good scissors that we could use for food in our kitchen.I must say that I am absolutely excited about these. When they came in, my hubby excitedly handed these to me to check out. When he handed them to me, my first impression was how heavy duty they are. They are definitely NOT cheap material. These are pretty hefty feeling. Defintiely made out of good metal.There are so many gadgets on here, is it pretty crazy. Anything from a walnut cracker to even a screw driver, ya know, in case you're ever in your kitchen and just immediately need a screw driver for any reason :)I am excited that these are dishwasher safe. I love using scissors when cutting up food for certain items just because it's so much easier sometimes than getting out the knives and dealing with certain items that are a bit harder to slice through. They just twist apart once you have them fully extended out. Easy peasy, but not easy enough to where they will just come apart on you with normal use at all.These have definitely become a favorite very quickly in our house for many reasons. Another good thing about this is that it comes with the magnetic holder. So, you don't have to throw one more thing in that drawer that holds every random utensil item that doesn't belong anywhere else. They just sit nicely on the side of the fridge waiting to be used. I would definitely recommend these for anyone who spends any amount of time in the kitchen.
