It's hard to believe, but this plastic stacking chair is the best dining chair I've ever had. I get so many guests telling me that this is one of the most comfortable chairs they've ever sat in, and these guests have run the gamut of body sizes.I am happy with this chair because I knew what I was getting from the reviews. You wouldn't want to use this as a dining chair, due to the circles on the back. It is where the plastic connects to the mold and they are not sanded off. I knew the back would face the wall so it was fine for me. I did see what another reviewer meant when they said the welding was poor. It is. But, it is underneath so you don't see it. Overall, this is a cute small chair you could sit short term on or use for decoration. I would not recommend if you are heavy or tall, for children/elders or someone who needs to sit for any length of time. The back does move. This is not a sturdy chair.I've been searching for the "perfect chairs" for a few months. I have two toddlers so I wanted something that didn't have a fabric seat and would be easy for them to get in and out of while still being comfortable for adults. For the look and price, these chairs are a great find. Functionality-wise with the kids, I am very pleased. My husband had them assembled very quickly and grumble-free. He did mention that a few of the holes were tricky to line up. I took away one star because the back is a little "bendy" when an adult is sitting in it, but in fairness nobody in my family leans back while eating so it's not something that is a real problem. I would definitely buy again.I had read the reviews before ordering these chairs and saw they were very mixed from easy to assemble to very difficult however because I loved the look of the chair, I decide to take a chance and order these. Unfortunately, I cannot give this a good review as it was extremely difficult to assemble and literally had to call a handyman to assemble the chair. Two of the screws that come with it, line up the other two do not and the reason for this is when they pour the plastic, it blocks one of the holes to which the hardware is attached making it impossible to assemble. Also, the packaging on one of the chairs was terrible, the box did not join together so when it arrived, all the hardware fell out and was not in the box and the box was marked rocking chair, which obviously this was not.. I will say Amazon was wonderful in handling this issue however they should really only associate with vendors that delivery a quality product which this company does not. As I stated, I loved the chair and if it was not for a handyman assembling these, they all would have gone back. I would love to order more from LexMod but because of the lack of quality control and inconsistencies in product, would not. Also, lesson learned, I will take reviews from other consumers much more seriously because they were correct.All I can say is so far I love these chair. Well made, comfortable and perfect.I purchased 2 chairs and both were shipped with missing hardware. The first chair received was missing ALL the hardware. I contacted the manufacturer and they informed me that they could not send me replacement hardware because it was against their policy. I contacted them again to see if they could at least tell me what size screws or bolts were needed so that I could go purchase them myself and they did not have that info available. The guy I spoke to said he would find the hardware kit for the chair in their warehouse and call or email me with the info. I never heard back.I received the 2nd chair and it was obvious that it was a returned chair. It was not packaged properly, had a few scratches and was missing 1 bolt (at least I got some hardware). I didn't want to go through anymore pointless calls to the manufacturer so I took one of the bolts received with the 2nd chair and purchased similar bolts and washers. Unfortunately, after a few days of use the replacement bolts I had to purchase fell completely out of the chairs. I really wish the manufacturer would have sent me a replacement hardware kit so that the bolts would have fit the chair because I now have one chair that has a missing bolt and a seat that slightly moves and another chair that isn't usable because the seat is completely loose because bolts keep coming off.While the chairs are visually nice, I regret purchasing them.I bought this as a desk chair and it's too big to fit under the desk! Having that said it is quite a stylish chair...as long as you don't look underneath or at the back! They must not need to be licensed to weld wherever this is made because it looks bad. It looks bad enough even to make me wonder if this was rebuilt. The back looks like it was once attached to a sheet or something with small raised circles. I am only giving it three stars because although I like the look it is far over priced for the quality. Mine had the hardware needed and took about 3 minutes to built.I really like this chair. To be honest I wanted something that wasn't very comfortable but this chair is VERY comfortable for what it is. It is also stylish and inexpensive.I love this chair! It's so cute and it looks perfect in my place. It did come missing some hardware but customer service helped me out and it was easy to find what I needed. It's such a nice piece and it gives the space a nice, airy feel because it doesn't block the sight line. I love it.Super
