After months of using this it has worked great. It was fairly easy to jnstall except that I had to find a way to extend the hot water supply cause of how my piping is. I learned not to tighten down the base too much or it just comes out of the top portion. The other issue that I had was the sprayer when pulling it out. There is a black portion that gets stuck on the sprayer when pulling it out and makes it difficult to get back in. It seems that is to help secure the hose and is not meant to come it. We found if we wiggle the sprayer as we are pulling it out, that portion stays in like it's supposed to. Not bad, just a little work around for us. Beyond that I absolutely love being able to go between full spray and faucet style easily
