I bought these towels a few months ago, and they are fabulous! They are the very absorbent kitchen toweling, similar to the flour sack towels of old. And talk about big - these towels are the largest kitchen towels I have found in a long time - they are perfect for covering a couple of large pans of rising rolls or cinnamon buns. In fact, I think I will buy me some more to put in my stocking!These towels are beautiful until washed. After one wash, all three faded.The hem is already coming out of one of them.Wonderfully thick and beautiful too. Handle like 'good' old fashioned towels from fifty years ago. Towels wear well and will last forever.excellent product - so large that I ended up cutting them in two and re-hemming!
