I love this faucet, it’s a little pricey but looks great and works very well! I love the look of the black stainless steel. Definitely a great addition to our modern kitchen! It is well built and very sturdy feeling. Would recommend the backing plate for support. Water flow is easily controlled with the handle/valve. The head snaps back into place and stays with no issue. Mine was a return in Good condition. The description was accurate. However it didn't have the weights that go on the retractable hose. So you may need to purchase those from Delta. I just used several heavy washers zip tied together. You just need weight that can slide along the hose and it assist retracting the house back under the sink. This is a very expensive but beautiful faucet, I love how modern it is. I have had delta touch faucets now since they first started making them and wouldn’t be without. I’m a 52 year old woman with just basic plumbing skills. I’ve installed all of mine and a neighbors, 5 kitchens and a bathroom, this was the first that I had help, my husband was here to hold the faucet while tightening and it truly made a difference I recommend it. This is a much wider faucet than I am used to and does get more fingerprints, that really doesn’t bother me but might some people. The pull down sprayer is great and can actually reach my Keurig so I never have to bring the container to the sink. The magma tight feature is perfect and very tight not like my previous Delta Essa that was sort of floppy and turned itself. Delta also did away with the spray shield technology that was on my Essa, that was a total gimmick and back-sprayed water everywhere. I am completely satisfied with is faucet and for the price tag I consider it a piece of art, it totally transformed my kitchen. This thing is expensive as heck. However, it works great. It also looks great and the components feel substantial in your hands (spray head, moving head, etc). Very few things exceed my expectations but this faucet does! What is really slick is the faucet knows the difference between a "quick touch" meant to turn on/off and a 'grab' where you are moving a component around and don't necessarily want to change the water flow - brilliant. It is a little awkward when you have guests come over to help in kitchen and may need to use the faucet which will turn on/off unexpectedly because they don't know how to use it. It does take some explanation to use. For the daily user though, it is quite remarkable!I bought the power adapter which works great (with power on). My plumber lost part of the battery pack so I can't use that :(Stunning plus I got it because it was returned for $200 less than brand new, but it was never opened or installed!Love the way this looks and works. I love the heft of the faucet-it’s not slight at all. Touch activation works great and the temp sensing is accurate. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it had the spot shield technology that cuts down on fingerprints. Would definitely recommend this.We love this faucet so far, but I’m worried about the part that was missing which is item #2 from the picture I posted. Because we needed to close on our house before our interest rate expired, our plumber rigged it to make it work. It’s a part that holds the faucet in place. Otherwise this is an awesome faucet. We used delta through out our entire custom new house. Since we still have some time to return it. I will see how it works with what the plumber did and decide if I will keep it or order another one to replace it and this time I will order a brand new one and not a “like new” product. The installation guide from Delta shows only the installation of the two hoses, hot and cold. Presto it's that easy. But if you have water filtration system under the sink and a garbage disposal, it's a bit more difficult to install and to take out the old one.All the features are great, but after spending all that much for a faucet, I didn't expect the head to be plastic. Other than that everything else works as advertised. The faucet is solid, and it looks great. When you take it out of the box, you see that the quality is there. However, the only issue I've had is that I've accidentally hit the lever when it's down when cleaning large pots and pans. For the installation, I've had a plumber do it. In all, it took him about an hour; the time needed to remove the old faucet and put in the new one.We just love this faucet. It's beautiful, functional and makes a real statement on our new granite countertop. We highly recommend it.Qualité, robustesse, efficacité. seul bémol la plaque de finition dessous pour évier 3 trous n'est pas inclusesI'm happy with my touch sink especially when ppl don't expect that it's a touch faucet and they lean over and wet their sweater lolThis faucet was difficult to install and needed to call back plumber 3 times to fix. the touch feature has not worked in months
