I was pulling the coffee maker out every time I used it, and the pads on the maker starting coming off. I know is a first world problem, but it was still irritating. I bought it expecting it to work poorly, if at all. But it works brilliantly. It will eventually need to be replaced every 3 years or so because the rubber wheels wear down. But well worth it.
