I like the look of black and stainless. Goes great in my kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The only thing that I didn't care for the to hard to keep clean, smudges easily. There was no instructions on how to clean it. I get a lot of comments on how nice it looks. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.Perfect for my kitchen. It's a little more off white than I would have liked, but it still works. I've read the other reviews about assembly difficulty, but I had abdominal surgery 2 weeks ago and was able to easily do it by myself in an hour. You just have to organize all the pieces ahead and it's a breeze. Seems sturdy enough. I just love how it looks. Happy to get all my small appliances off the counter and cabinets and in a place that's easy to see and access. I've heard the top scratches easily so I will treat it will something ahead of using it. I think it is priced a bit high, but to find something without wood on the top was worth the extra for me.Nice kitchen cart pretty sturdy except the draws seem a like cheap don’t know how long they will hold up. The stainless steel top came with a few scratches wasn’t too happy about that but amazon took care of that with no problem. On the second day the top has a thousand scratches on it like I’ve had it forever the top scratches very very very easy and if your like me it will drive you crazy to look at it. So now I have to figure out what I can put on top of the stainless steel top to cover it up. I think the price is too high considering the top is super cheap scratches super easy. I would return it but it took me over 3 hours to assemble so I will deal wit the horrible scratches until I can figure out something else.First off, this is a great looking piece! I was super easy to assemble and looks way more expensive than it actually was!The adjustable shelf came with a crack on the lower back corner. You have to install it very carefully, as it's a tight fit. Looks like someone tried to force the shelf in place and cracked it, then put the whole thing back into the box and returned it.I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement shelf, no questions asked! (See photo)I love how this piece looks. It really adds to the space. I wanted something that was sturdy enough to hold my Kitchenaid mixer, with storage space to fit some of my pots and pans. This fit the bill perfectly! The cart is really nice. Looks great and is sturdy product. Putting it together wasn't too bad. You should have some experience putting furniture together and have the ability to follow directions by pictures. My problem came almost at the very end when it was time to add the wheels. One wheel didn't fit no matter what I did. Customer service sent the part that the wheel fits into, (the side of the cart) which meant that I had to take the entire cart a part in order to refit the new part . It was still difficult to screw the wheel in, but we were able to get it done. Customer service was very responsive. You can always expect some kind of issue when you have to put furniture together by yourself. My daughter and I put the cart together in less then an hour. I bought this because I needed a little more counter space in my kitchen, and it works perfect for that. Side note...the white (which is what I bought) is not a true white but more of an off-white. The off-white color actually matches my kitchen cabinets perfectly. The overall quality is decent for the price. The cart is not as sturdy as I had hoped it would be, that said I have it against a wall and will not be moving it around so that isn’t a big issue. What is disturbing is the stainless steel top panel is poorly constructed, the stainless is very thin and Is not glued to the wood top panel so it bubbles up and requires constant attention pushing the thin top sheet back down so it is flat. Bottom line is I would not buy this unit with the stainless top again. This is a nice-looking and sturdy kitchen cart. The cherry color was true to it's picture and meets my expectations. I did have a few problems with the condition that the cart arrived in. The dowels on the right side frame were broken and therefore the cart was not able to be put together. Instead of waiting weeks for a new replacement part to arrive we elected to dig out the broken dowels, buy some new ones and glue them in so we could get that major component operational. That worked and the rest went together fine until the bolt snapped when we were screwing in the drawer pull making that drawer pull unusable. I called Crosley and they sent me out a replacement but ended up sending out an incorrect knob instead. So i called them back and am hoping that they will send the correct drawer pull this time.I absolutely love this island cart. I waited approx 1 week for del. The white is a stark white which I hd hoped for and the stainless steel loves fingerprints.I don't like the prints but I really like the scratches as it looks authentic. I bought wipes at Home Depot to clean the stainless weekly or when company visits.Remember to dry wipe the counter after using the special stainless steel wipes. Enjoy.oops --- one small downside is that the brakes could be a bit stronger.Nice but the pegs that hold up the middle shelf aren't that sturdy. You cant place anything heavy on it or it collapses. I replaced the pegs with screws and it's holding now.
