This candle has a lovely scent which can be used in any room in the house.Great scent of grapefruit. I placed it in my guest bathroom and loveit.Scent is too strong in a bedroom. Not strong enough for a living room. And definitely does not smell anything like grapefruit. Plus, it's more of a perfumed smell than a natural or EO smell.loved this scent
