So I went on a whim and decided to give these a try and fell in love!SHIPPING:Shipping was FAST for me due to being a PRIME member :)PACKAGING:The packaging is soooo chic! I am a sucker for packaging as I view that if you spend time on presentation that means you would spend time on perfecting the product. IMHO. The lil pink organza bag was rather cute and I love that I could use it to keep those that I do not use daily and not risk it getting damaged or dirty etc. The price for all 4 vs the the Original Blender @ $20 for 1 was also another factor as to why I chose this item.PRODUCT:I am an aspiring makeup artist. However I haven't started building a client base yet or even did makeup school - self teaching. So I may not know the use for all 4 separately, but I tried all 4, so I can give a lil synopsis on each. Honestly I love them all as they all serve their own purpose - no complaints other than I fell in love with one and the others are tucked away in my closet!The contour sponge with the flat top (blue) one is one I have never seen before - works amazing when I use it to highlight and contour my forehead. The purple pear one is similar to the green but the ending of one side is a bit more rounded - I use that end to highlight my cheekbones - and the other end to apply a full face. The pink egg shaped was nice, nothing to really mention here. But my absolute fave is the green spade one!! What a wonderful invention! The pointed endings make it super easy to get my foundation into the side of my nose and under my eyes! I use the longer end for full face and the shorter end for highlighting. I spray a few squirts of water to the sponge and it expands a tad and works like a charm. I usually pump a few drops of my foundation in a lil sample sized container and I have no issue getting all of the product out as the tip is super long and pointy! A huge benefit to these sponges, which may be due to the materials used to make it, compared to similar products I have tried is it doesn't soak up all the product where I would have to use more foundation which was an issue for me. I currently only need 3 pumps of my foundation for a full face and I am good to go. Other sponges I have had to use 5 pumps - so some savings for me there. I know that my foundation being water-based it is better to use a brush but sometimes it would look unnatural and cakey with a brush and I prefer a natural look. With this sponge it gives a more natural airbrushed finish which is how I love looking daily. It gives me a second skin look so to speak.CLEANING:I usually clean them every 2-3 days by soaking them in ELF antibacterial cleanser and some vinegar - please note that when fully immersed in water they get a lil big but that shouldn't be an issue. Also, they do stain - not sure if I need to use another cleaning solution but I would loved if it could look brand new every time I washed it - but that never really happenswith any product - brush or sponge lol!CONCLUSION:I would recommend giving these a try. You will not regret it!RECOMMENDATION TO BEAUTY JUNKEES:It would be nice it a lil cleanser came with the product for the same price. Also, maybe I am uninformed but if you could sell them individually or in packs of 2s that would be great? I love having back ups when I am lazy to wash it so having a few of my faves that are clean would be helpful.
