Buyer BEWARE is more than a mouthful with this product and company. The only good thing is the tag does peel off, however the descriptions do not match the scoop and beware how the description is interrupted. This company says they care and call before you write a review,service is even worse then the product. The small scoop is so minute it only holds less then 1/8 of a cup, says scoop measures 4 1/2", shipping slip says 3", not sure what I was suppose to recieve but dont ask the customer service because they dont care and they tell you other people want them and then hang up on you, try to make it that you are in the wrong. I have the scoop in front of me and not one of the measurements matched the description on any paper I had, the answer was we must of gotten a smaller shipment, and this is my fault? Their solution--would you like to send them back and order more??? Are you kidding me, oh and they forgot to ship one of my others scoops, no apology for that. So yes quality is poor all the way thru!!!!
