I had such a bad experience. When I turn off the faucet, it did not come to a hard stop. It kept dripping for 5 more seconds. I called Grohe directly. They sent me a different cartridge. no change. Even though I love the look of it, I gave up! I had Amazon send me 4 different ones!NO MORE!Love this faucet. We are using this in our second kitchen sink with the cross handles. Works like a charm. Easy to install. Have the oil bronze finish. Beautiful!OK, so it dribbles for a few seconds after you turn it off. No big deal. It's well-finished and goes perfectly with our hammered copper bar sink.The info is VERY misleading handle was included with a 320$ purchaseI need to return this, it came with parts missing at the base and is the wrong color, but there is no record in my order history to return it. Where can I return it please? Thanks!
