thank youThis book Turkish Kitchen and Turkish Cooking by the same Ghillie Basan are indentical, so I have bought two indentical books thinking one was different. I am angry at this, the Turkish Kitchen is a smaller size book and smaller print which is difficult to read. The Turkish Cooking is a much larger book and easier to read. It is not right that there is no information to tell you these books are the same.I love anything by Ghillie Basan! Her recipes are always authentic and easy to follow....I only gave the book 3 stars due to the fact it's been printed in tiresome small print! I struggle to read it..so frustrating.A pet peeve with me where cookbooks are concerned...small print and coloured pages where the recipes are hard to read!I love this book. This one was purchased for a gift. All the recipes easy to follow.Loved that it arrived so fast. Bought as a Christmas present. Know it will be appreciated.Brilliant recipes clear instructions
