I loved this faucet, and it was pretty expensive considering a faucet can be bought for under a hundred dollars. Over the years I’ve bought very inexpensive chrome faucets, and the finish looks like new for decades. This faucet’s finish is in polished nickel and the finish on the handle has worn off and become dull. No harsh chemicals or abrasives have ever touched the faucet. I looked through the manufacturer’s booklet and the handle is not available for replacement. Not sure if the seller may be selling “seconds”, or rebuilt items. Whatever, I’m stuck with a defective looking faucet. So very, very disappointing.
