I just recently "discovered" Anthony Bourdain. Thanks to Amazon Prime I started watching No Reservations. I was intrigued by him. It led me to this book. I found learning about what really goes on in the kitchen and his tips on what to eat helpful. But it was the travel and his joy in cooking something well that kept me reading.
