I am thinking about building my own home and needed something to give me an idea of what I want in my dream kitchen, this book definitely has some goodideas that I would be using and recommend anyone thinking of redesigning, or just looking for that unique touch to add on to your kitchen, this book is well worth to add to the list.Lots of photos and good suggestions on design and things you should consider when planning a new kitchen. This is for upper end kitchens, trendy, not so much just a general remodel. Nice!Item was pretty cheap and overall in decent shape but there was writing on the pages inside so it obviously was not new, which is what I thought I was buying.Very helpful.
