I took a chance choosing chopsticks without seeing or feeling them first, but chose perfectly when I ordered these! I wanted black to accent my new sushi sets, and really thought plastic was the way to go. These are fantastic! They have an attractive, durable shiny finish, are nicely tapered toward the tip, and feel just perfect in my hand. I particularly like the grooved design, allowing a better grip and lending an artsy flair. If or when these wear out, I would enthusiastically order another ten pairs!
