I was on the hunt to replace my black plastic spatula. I’ve mostly used wooded kitchen cooking tools but I found it a bit hard to part with my plastic one because wooden ones are a little too thick to get underneath the food properly to flip it (which is why I kept my old one for so long) I finally got rid the plastic cooking cooking tools fully thanks to this lovely wooden spatula the cut of the spatula really helped with getting underneath your food for easily flipping. I have used this spatula for a while now and love the quality, it’s handled the heat very well, great size, beautiful and functional! if you are also on a mission to rid yourself of the plastic tools get this spatula! heat and plastic should not be done.
