I thought this was good but did not taste like a cacciatore sauce at all. Usually you can taste green peppers and spices but this tasted like a spaghetti sauce. Not what I expected. This was quite expensive for the size of the jar and I had to pay $8 for shipping. Probably the last time i will order this. This type of sauce is hard to find so you are probably better off making it from scratch.?Very over pricedThis sauce has a good flavor, but the heat from the spice added to it is off-putting to delicate palates. Would be perfect without the peppery addition!ExcellentGood short-cutThere is'nt anything to dislike in this product. We made chicken cacciatore for our group gathering and every one enjoyed it very much. There was'nt any left over.So you want to try something different the say, "Hunt's Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce" then give this a one-time shot and then never order it again. Why do I say that? Cost, I could order me through Amazon Prime Pantry about 18 cans of Hunt's Manwich, but only get a single jar of Stonewell Kitchen Sloppy Joe Sauce... What? That's right this will cost you close to in not near 20$ for 19oz... again... WHAT!? Now you maybe wondering, "Does it taste good?" and I would respond, "It's okay."Though not for the price, I will stick with Hunt's. Flavor wise, not worth changing brands. All I have to say is, "If your product is good, but nobody can afford it, then is it really good?"Brown your meat, put in crockpot with a jar of this sauce and a can of dr pepper...best pulled pork ever...Not worth the price
