Only had it for 2 weeks before the tip broke off by my hubby.It was a beautiful soap pump but the pump tube keeps falling off.not what I thought it would be ,kind of really cheap plastic for the price.We got two of these and the dispenser bottle for both of them cracked. The design is practical but quality is really poor. Wouldn't recommend this product. Buy simple human instead.I'm so dissappointed. There is a missing part. I'm asking for refund. The worst part of it is that if you read the commets, this has happend before.Missing part waiting for my refundLooks good in the sink and operates as designed
