Planning to line dry since 100% cotton, by nature, tends to shrink after first wash.Good quality! Used as a housewarming gift to put some kitchen utensils in with a bottle. Great price.This are large and pretty. Thy don’t absorb any water whatsoever and just spreads the water around. I use this more for opening the lids of my le creuset or as a trivet. They don’t do much more than that - and when you wash them they are sooooo wrinkled that an iron is definitely necessary. I’m keeping but I wouldn’t buy these again for drying dishes.I bought this apron based on the style & because of all of the rave reviews. Apparently, the reviewers have no idea what 'quality' means. The fabric of this apron is inferior, to say the least. It is loosely woven & the threads have many slubs. The pocket is 6 1/2 inches deep but only 5 inches wide. Each tie is 36 inches long, so it can tie in front but this is it's only redeeming asset. I do not think this apron will have a very long life-span. It leaves very much to be desired & I am being generous giving it 2 stars! Made in India, it is actually worse than Chinese-made rubbish.They'll do. Not very flexible for grabbing items out of the oven...but work great as a barrier between hot dishes and my counter tops.At first the dull colors put me off. However over time this apron has become my favorite and the one I reach for.It's understated, has a generous skirt, the fabric is a soft sturdy weight and it's really comfortable to wear. It washes very well.I've come to love it and highly recommend.Comes nicely packaged with friendly greeting from seller. Easy wash and dry. Comes out a little wrinkled, but not enough to bother me and I am NOT going to iron. After wash/dry per label instructions, dishtowels shrank from 20X30 to 18X29. Also fine with me, just sharing for others who may care. They look great and feel soft and absorbent, and have a handy loop on the back if you want to hang from a hook.I ordered more to replace all my current dishtowels and another set as backup for when those wear out.Almost certainly the best tea clothes that i have ever had, I do recommend them to others.okI never iron clothes but these are always so wrinkley out of the dryer. Even when I get them right away or try smoothing them out after the wash before the dryer. Does not look nice hanging because of all the wrinkles so they are now rags. Darker than the picture. Not a big deal for many people but the colour in the picture worked perfectly to set off my med blue chairs. These are a darker more dull blue. Otherwise fineThese linen towels are nothing like the ones I remember when I was younger. As many times as I wash them to soften them up, they remain stiff and as nonabsorbant as you can imagine. Water literally rolls off these towels. Useless as far as drying anything in the kitchen. So I’ll keep them to use for other things. Not sure what exactly. I’ll stick to my cotton tea towels.I got this apron for my daughter who was looking for an apron which covers the entire width of her t-shirts so when she splashes food (most especially spaghetti) it fully protects her t-shirts underneath. Works perfectly, is long enough too (she is very tall). We haven't washed it yet so can't comment on that so far....
