I had such a bad experience. When I turn off the faucet, it did not come to a hard stop. It kept dripping for 5 more seconds. I called Grohe directly. They sent me a different cartridge. no change. Even though I love the look of it, I gave up! I had Amazon send me 4 different ones!NO MORE!
