Loved the quality of the faucet hardware and easy install, but the LED stopped working. Outside of window for return and the insurance plan requires the faucet to be sent back before issuing a refund. No way to contact seller for support. Customer support contacted right away. Very helpful and offered replacement for my handle.Dropped a star because it drips even with the washer and proper professional installation. But it is great, the colors coordinating with the temperature are helpful, there are 2 types of sprays but not a full flow and I find it a bit short when trying to use the spray nozzle to rinse the apron sink, wish it had about 2 more inches.Its 1\4 the price as the ones at menards and just as nice if not nicer! Save your $$ and buy this! My kids love the color changing by the temp! Would recommend!I had bought something that looks just like this minus the led at home depot for 200 dollars. After seeing this one I ordered but was worried about it being cheap or flimsy so I hanged onto the home depot one. After comparing them side by side I realized I was over paying for the home depot and returned it. Now this is installed in my kitchen and has been working great.It works great and we don’t have any issues with leaking. The lights are bright and work well. Well worth the purchase!Color and functionality is on point .. but it hands low . Could use a 4"extention on the main base with a arm that mounts on the backslash for stability .Easy to install and fits in nicely to our remodel inprogress. Unfortunately Ian shut us down.Installation is very easy and can be completed within minutes. The color changes that correspond with water temperature are a fun touch; however, we noticed after a few months that the color would always remain red regardless of the water temperature. I reached out to the seller directly and received a prompt response suggesting there was likely a malfunction with the light, at which point they immediately offered to send a replacement faucet head free of charge. I will forever and always appreciate sellers who stand behind their products and I'll confidently return to this well when shopping in the future.
