The knobs to ignite the fire stick and are hard to get to function properly. Sometimes takes 3 or 4 attempts to ignite. And the little guide that is next to the knobs to show which eye is lit, right/left etc. came unglued and had to be super glued. Maybe it will hold. Pans slide off the eye very easily. Just a pain to use really. My old Kenmore lasted 30 years until I couldn't get replacement parts for it. This one is way inferior to my old one. Also my husband had contacted them about the lp conversion and got back a very condescending answer that was of no benefit at all. I would not buy this again or do business with that company again.
