It work well for about 2 years then I was not able to switch from jet to spray.I first ordered the Oil Rubbed Bronze but it was copper with a black paint on it. Disappointed. Something made me check out the Bronze Brass on the same faucet and when it arrived it is REALLY the right color OIL RUBBED BRONZE!!!!!! And half the money!!!!!!! Oil rubbed bronze is a brownish blackish color, never ever should look coppery!!!!! LOVE, LOVE THIS BRONZE BRASS FAUCET!!! Finally got the right color.It was easy to sheer the included o-ring, and they know it and include an extra and warn you, but I still sheered one and the other leaked. If it wasn't for how great and functional this faucet really is, I'd take more out, but I was able to get a suitable replacement o-ring from my father in law who really seems to have tons of tiny parts that always save the day. Honestly, the only issue I have with the faucet was that the Avola brand on it looks cheaply added, but it really is a great faucet. The pause button is more useful than you expect, and the toggle between sprayer and typical faucet stream is very useful. The water pressure on the sprayer is amazing, and it makes rinsing any dishes easy. If they fixed the o-rings and branding, nobody could tell this faucet that costs $100 from one costing $200-300 at the big box home improvement stores. My brother-in-law is trying to sell his home, and we're planning on gifting over of these to upgrade their kitchen.Faucet looks and feels high end without the high end price! Hardest part of install was removing my old corroded faucet. Connections were solid; no leaks. The weight is sufficient to retract the faucet and keep in place without drooping. The faucet handle feels really solid and operates smoothly. The sprayer buttons are plastic, which is a bit concerning as that is what went bad on the old faucet I replaced, but they operate smoothly. I like the spray pattern...it doesnt spray all over the place but has sufficient pressure for rinsing dishes. It may help to know that this does not come with a deckplate (escutcheon) to cover a 3-hole sink deck, and it does not appear to be sold by manufacturer/seller separately. I had to order a generic aftermarket one, but it matched perfectly. Minor inconvenience. Overall very satisfied with purchase.2 MONTH UPDATE: Still loving my faucet! Working great. No leaks/drips. Sprayer buttons still work perfectly. And no water spots or stains.6 month update: This has to be my favorite kitchen faucet to date! It still looks as good as the day it was installed. The sprayer buttons still operate smoothly. No regrets!Super easy install and has worked great from the last 5 months. WE got this with a deep single basin sink and the reach and ease of use is fantastic. The handle confuses some if you put it on the right as hot is forward and cold is backwards but you can easily swap the feed lines and have it reversed if you want it on the right side but want cold forward. So far it has held up to teenagers using it roughly and is tall enough for the 5 gallon water tank to easily fill. Only very small frustration, is that the swing arm and the neck being free of each other do not allow you to just release the spout if you are stretching it out.I bought this faucet to replace another more expensive faucet (twice the cost of this) that was less than a year old that had the handle fall off. This faucet looks every bit as nice and high end and appears to be a great quality faucet. The size is good and I was impressed with the quality and appearance of it. I recommend.I really like this faucet, swapped out an old oil rubbed bronze for this. I have a country home but this added a modern touch which I like. I like mixing different styles. Home Depot had a very similar faucet to this for $180 so the price is great. It works very well. But my goodness, this was not ‘easy’ to install. I bought it for that reason because I wanted to do it myself. Could not. Needed help and the lines are so close together it was hard to tighten the bolts in such a cramped space.However, it is gorgeous and a showstopper. Super high and noticeable. I can’t wait to update the rest of the kitchen to enhance the look of this.It’s cheap compared to other similar faucets, but the sprayer broke after 6 months. Buyer beware. Would love a way to contact the buyer and ask for a replacement part, but Amazon doesn’t allow in this case. If you are reading this, please reach out to me - this faucet shouldn’t have broken so soon and I consider this a poor level of customer service and quality.We are exactly 2 years from purchase. I love this faucet and thought it was a great price. The internal button to switch between spray and stream gave way last week and now it only has a stream. This isn't really a bad review... it's more of a heads up for those thinking this will last them.Stunning! More of a mat gold. The light in the background is a polished brass for comparison. Very straightforward install and has worked smoothly.Great faucet for the pricearrived broken.
