We had a very limited space for a washbasin and wanted something that could fit into a this small area (22 in x 19 in). We also had a constraint on height (max 3 feet). After exploring options in high end brands such as Jaguar, we decided to give this a try as the price difference was huge. Cost of Jaguar was min of 35k+ where as this product cost ~11 k (cost of product + tap + accessories + installation charges of plumber).Pros:- Good quality at a reasonable price. Great value for money.- Looks and measures exactly as shown in the pic.- The aesthetics have been given a thought. Though not as great as the major brands, looks decent and has a pleasing light colour.Cons:Not major cons, but areas of improvement for the seller:- Tap is not not sold as part of the product. As I bought it on Amazon, I went by the suggestions of "also bought" and bought the tap. The recommended tap should be sold as part of the product itself.- Same with drain coupling - The drain pipe is dependent on the consumer's needs (length, flexibility etc), but the drain coupling should be sold along with the product as the ceramic basin is sold with the product.- The caps provided for holes provided in the unit for inlet and outlet are of no use because there is no space for both inlet and outlet pipes in the holes if we fix the caps.- Installation instructions are not provided. Our plumber was experienced so he was able to fix the basin on the cabinet using araldite, but another plumber suggested white cement.
