These really work. I am very happy with mine. The little snub nose pieces don't fit on my brand of cookware but I have them in my junk drawer in case I find something they will work on. The long handle pieces get the most use here, my new gas stove makes the handles get so hot I really need these to be able to cook. Really like the flat pot holder pieces too, I have used them more than I thought I would. I am very happy with these.
