I bought these for my husband since he used to own a bakery and he loves to bake. He used these almost right away when we got them in the mail. They came right on time and he was just itching to use them. My husband loves creme horns and that was what he was set out to make. I'm more for cream puffs so I wait for him to make those. He made his cream horns with these and they worked just as expected. He did use oil to coat them to keep them from sticking. I know they make non stick molds, but that was not necessary since these worked great if you just coat them with oil. I had to limit my husband to 3 of them since the kids wanted to have some themselves. They never tasted his cream horns since he lost the bakery before we got married and my kids were amazed at how good they actually tasted. If you are baker, you will be pleased with these molds. They are of good quality and just the right size.
