I'm not a raw vegan, but do incorporate raw vegan dishes into my regular diet for more plant based eating. Some of the food combinations/recipes from this book are the most flavorful dishes I've ever had. I don't make everything but this is one recipe book I have consistently come back to for years.Pros:-The ingredients are completely natural. (No imitation ingredients)-The meals are surprisingly filling.-Absolutely delicious dishesCons:-The recipes take a VERY long time to make.-If you're new to raw foods, you may need to buy a lot of new ingredients, but you will end up using them all.-The recipe descriptions are not always easy to follow.There are about 4-5 recipes from this book that I have consistently been making for the last 10 years. The raw pizza is amazing. The marinara sauce from that recipe is a kitchen staple I use in other dishes. The raw rice from the pallela recipe is the best vegetable rice alternative I've found.This book isn't for everyone, but I loved it.
