I've never used a pull-down faucet before, but I really appreciate the features of this one. Our plumber said it was a good solid faucet, too. My only complaint is that the pull-down hose is a bit stiff to use for something set next to the sink, but for all uses in the sink, it's very good. I've only had it about two months so can't say how it will perform in the long run.Faucet wad more shiny than brushed. We replaced our 4 holes kitchen sink faucet, handles and sprayer with this 2 hole single handle water faucet. We bought two caps at the local hardware store and sprayed them to match so that we could cover the two unused holes....came out looking great! The new faucet itself is everything that we were looking for. It is tall enough to clear big pots. We like the button on the head that switches the water flow from a stream to a spray. Also one of the coolest features is that you can pull the head from the faucet to reach areas that you couldn't normally get to easily. The single handle to control water temperature is more efficient than having to play with two handles to accomplish the same thing. If you want it hot, all the way to the left. If you want it cold, all the way to the right....nice and simple for a guy that uses the sink when his wife says, "I can use some help...".Bought this Delta to replace a high end Brizo that turned out to be a serious bad product. I would recommend any of the touch faucets. This faucet is great as it doesn't show the gunk that a lot of faucets do from constantly being handled. The spray works well and I like the build quality. I installed the faucet myself. The instructions were straight forward and I don't have to be Gumby to install it. At the end of the day, my wife was right in busting my chops went I bought the more expensive touch faucet several years ago. Rats, I hate to admit that! :)I bought this faucet to match the rest of my kitchen. Previous owners redid the kitchen, but did a horrible job of installing the faucet and it recently failed. We didn't like it anyway so we replaced with this Delta. Not normally my style, but it suits the decor and is of high quality. The instructions to install are a bit involved as this is a two piece faucet, but they were easy to follow and I never had to back out and start over on any steps. It went smoothly minus having to accommodate the previous plumbing (not Delta's fault). If not for that, I would have probably had it installed in 30-45 minutes. We really like the faucet, operation is smooth, and it seems like an item that will last the life of this kitchen renovation.Bought as a replacement faucet. Really like the magnetic docking of the spray head. Decorative button that covers the screw head on the control has fallen out once - we tweaked the pins on the back of it wider and it seems to be holding.I'm such a fan of Delta. They make great products--design, materials, function. And when something goes wrong, they make it right. The cartridge on this faucet went bad after about five years. They sent me a new one, no charge, and it was an easy swap. Except that the set screw got stuck, so I needed a new handle. They sent me a new one, no charge, and it was easy again. They've earned my loyalty. I have other faucets to replace that were not made by Delta...I like this faucet alot. I didn't install it, but had it installed, so I can't speak to the ease of installation. What I can say is, it has a nice design, the sprayer works great, and I really like the magnetic ring that holds the sprayer piece in place. At first it appears to be light weight and cheap but once it is installed that feeling disappears. I was disappointed that they used plastic supply lines instead of the more flexible braided hosed. I assume that this saves them Monet but makes the install more difficult
