It beautiful, stylish, timeless, and easy to install. The black one is timeless and modern.I got it installed but the handle/valve was stuck. It would move side to side but not up and down to turn on. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. The instructions were no help because they were for a different model. Finally I was about to uninstall it so I could return it which would have been a lot of trouble now that the sink is installed. I decided to force it on figuring what do I have to lose if it breaks. There was a really loud snap and it turned on. It's working fine now but it was probably dried stuck from factory. It probably needs some lube inside, the only problem is there is no way to remove the handle. There is no set screw and the instructions are no help of course. I'm not sure how you would repair it if there was ever a problem. The faucet looks and works great now but I will update if that changes.I was a little worried about some of the reviews about it leaking, but I really liked the price and all the reviews weren't terrible so I decided to give it a try(cuz of the great price). Everything about this faucet feels like and hooks up like a name brand faucet, pretty straight forward connections which is good because the instructions are in pretty tiny print(worthless really). The only thing I noticed that was different was the sprayer head, it was made from plastic not metal, but because it is a pull out faucet I feel this was deliberate to reduce it falling out of the faucet arm, which was a problem on my old one, So its only been a week so far but I'm happy and more importantly my wife is happy too :-) with it.Was hesitant to buy since it didn’t have a lot of reviews and was easy a third of the price of known brand faucets but worked out great! It looks exactly like in the pictures. Got it because we like the brushed nickel it’s essentially a matte silver and not that shiny chrome I can’t stand. We have really hard water so was looking for something without too many grooves for the hard water to settle and this fit the bill. The installation instructions were generic the diagram didn’t even match the model we bought but the hubby figured it out. The removable head is a must for us and it reaches far enough to maneuver around our double kitchen sink. I’m a bit worried about the locking mechanism though it’s holding for now but seems flimsy not sure it will last. That’s what happened with the faucet we inherited when we bought the house and replacing with this one the removable head drooped sometimes. Crossing fingers. We kept our existing soup dispenser so can’t say much about the one that came with it but I’m sure it’s fine. We have been using the new faucet for a few months now and glad we took a chance on this one saved so much money and it looks and works great! The faucet leaks at the swivel when the sprayer is pulled out.We ordered one for our kitchen and loved this faucet so much, we bought another one for our laundry room.
