Bought the 5" and I love it! Easy to pull out and soft close works perfectly. Super happy with functionality.This seller was so kind and helpful . Fed Ex is horrible and lost my package..would not take responsibility sadly . The seller was quick to send another one so we could complete the renovation!If you have any dead space between cabinets-go for a simple upgrade to make your life better. Very happy with this pieceThis was a product we were having a difficult time finding in stores and to have get pre-installed in the cabinet was more than we were willing to spend. Good value and good quality, we have 4 of your products in our kitchen cabinets.Very usable. Instead of two shelves below the bowls, they had something more useful. Not sure yet what to use that compartment for. It is a bit narrow.But I use it all the ti e and very happy made this purchase. Maybe the price should be better studied.Love it good qualityThis product is a game changer. I was in the midst of a complete remodel of my kitchen. Unfortunately the measure was wrong (not me, the cabinet co.) To make this work without having to wait weeks for the right cabinets to come in, my crew rearranged some cabinets, but I ended up with two 9" tray/cookie sheet cupboards. I got online and found this unique pull-out cupboard that holds really tall utensils, spoons etc. I seem to have a lot of these and this has just been perfect. It certainly works exactly as expected. So an unfortunate mistake turned out to be a blessing in disguise.I bought this to fit an opening that is a hair smaller than the opening that can accommodate the 8" unit. I like the shelf with the utensil holders - that is why I kept it. The lower shelves are basically useless. The unit itself is not very sturdy. We reinforced the top shelf by screwing additional wooden members to it - otherwise it would not be vertical in the opening. If it had not been for the need to reinforce it, the installation would have been very easy. I will note that the first unit I received was flawed and I had to return it after I had unpacked it and installed the glide hardwareGreat product, Super easy to install. Highly suggest finding the Youtube video so you can follow along for even easier follow. You can visually see everything being done. Faster than 30 min that the paper work says to install.love the soft close. The Utensil holder is a big high so there is a possibility of your utensils hitting the top of the drawer as you close the drawer. Other than that its fantastic .
