If you want a bounty of very simple and frugal recipes , Brother Victor's books are for you. The artwork, that resembles block prints, and the quotes that follow each recipe are a book in themselves. The recipes are very spare and vegetarian, but meat can be added to most of them if desired. If you are a gardener, then the garden and your pantry, plus some red and white wine will supply what you need.The book itself is in very good condition as described and arrived very quickly and well packaged. I would certainly buy from this seller again.
