Love this cookbook! I am on week three of changing the way that my family is eating and this cookbook is a huge part of that. I'm down 6 lbs and my husband is down 10. These recipes are not only healthy, but are also extremely efficient. I can work in the kitchen one night at the beginning of the week and make "crock pot chicken" in my instapot and use that as the base for three recipes that will feed us all week. These recipes also seem to freeze really well and I have started freezing half of each recipe so that we can pull them out on busy nights. We are pretty picky eaters and that was my main concern about starting this. I wasn't sure there would be anything in the book that we would actually enjoy eating, but I was wrong. The recipes are so simple and easy and don't have a bunch of obscure ingredients. I have recommended this book to friends and family and they are enjoying it as well.
