In most of the recipes in this book, they have simply substituted "1 bunch spring onion greens" where onions would normally have been used. Spring onion greens ARE ONIONS!! These recipes are useless to me, since I have a strong reaction to onions of any kind, even to onion powder. Even the title is totally misleading. The only recipes which don't contain onions are those that would never contain onions anyway. Very disappointed. I'm sure many of the recipes are good, but not for someone who is sensitive to all kinds of onions.
