I absolutely love this cookbook! I purchased it at one of the bed-and-breakfast, Swiss Woods, and I haven’t put it down since I got it several years ago! I have focused primarily but not exclusively on the savory breakfasts, and every single one of the recipes is incredible. Some of the breakfast dishes are for larger crowds, but there’s also plenty just to serve 2 to 4 people. I have made, remade, and shared so many of these recipes. There’s a good emphasis on using fresh fruits and vegetables throughout as well. I have a lot of cookbooks that just sit on my shelf, but not this one! Weather it’s for company, or my husband and I, there’s always wonderful things to cook from this book! Tried and true from fabulous chefs at wonderful bed and breakfast, how can you go wrong?
