It so happens that the photos were taken by the now Owner and Distiller of Hogback Whiskey in Boulder, Colorado. He hosted a Robert Burns Night in Estes Park and served dishes from this cookbook - and they were delicious! I bought the cookbook so that I can have him autograph my copy.
