OK - YUM! Was waiting to get this book and it did not disappoint! Getting ready to run to store - Spicy Carrot Salad, Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemons, Olives and Artichokes….plus Ema's Chicken Soup …are first on my to do list!! Lots of good fish and seafood recipes which is wonderful as we have a plethora of good seafood here in Seattle. Am throwing out the very aged "industrial size" ground spices and starting with fresh - these recipes deserve the freshest. Ordering Moroccan olive oil, argan oil, saffron and preserved lemons from ChefShop.Any suggestions out there for good orange blossom and rose waters? Miss the A.Monteux (little blue bottles) brand that were distilled in Vallauris.
