I like that it has many different cures for things such as age spots to back pain. I like using stuff that is natural instead of taking prescriptions. It gives you ways that you can use that are simple such as using aloe vera for age, dark spots and turmeric for inflammation and pain. With the turmeric, I found out that it works better when you use a powder. I open my capsules up and put it in food. The book is very informative and didn't cost much money so I am glad that I got it.
